My name is Luis Landin, and I’m the owner of Amexhe Flooring, a family-owned flooring company serving Houston, Katy, Cypress, Pearland, The Woodlands, and surrounding areas.
Flooring has been a part of my life for years. My father started in the flooring industry back in 1984, and that foundation shaped the way I see this trade today. I started working in flooring at the age of 18, learning the craft through hands-on experience and seeing firsthand what it takes to deliver quality work that lasts.
Over time, I built experience in hardwood flooring, luxury vinyl plank, laminate, tile installation, stair systems, demolition, and floor preparation. In 2022, I founded Amexhe Flooring with a clear mission: to provide professional flooring installation in Houston with the same values I was raised on — honesty, quality, consistency, and pride in the finished product.
As the company has grown, it has become even more meaningful to have my family working alongside me. Today, my father, Carlos Landin, and my brother, Carlos Landin Jr., work by my side to help me run Amexhe Flooring, bringing the same dedication, work ethic, and commitment to quality into every project we take on.
